  16. Thank you so much, Robert. I feel your message was meant for me. I just lost my Mother 6 days before my 38th birthday. She was only 57. Prior to that, I had just lost my Uncle exactly a week before my Mom died. Your message reminded me of my needing to keep myself moving forward on my journey. I needed this reminder, as I have been a roller coaster of emotions after losing my Mom. I feel like I’ve been trying to stay aligned, but letting myself grieve has been hard, but I dont want to stay in grief.
