  18. I have been listening to Aaron’s meditation about raising your vibration. My higher self showed me in the second screen that my true vibration is fun, joy, excitement, glee, and the magical.   27. Focusing on point 2..self-image. Absolute truth. How you see yourself certainly defines your energy and what you create. Many of us have self identification they are not aware of and may not have the quick results Aaron did but what you can do is develop presence in the NOW and lose self-identity and then you vibrate in the Quantum or the realm of Spirit where what you want already exists and if you can match the frequency of it while in that heightened state you will BECOME that identity in the physical without even trying, even if your subconscious programming would otherwise block you. this will also cure you as it has me of being attached to the outcome..be present, every part of the journey is beautiful and fill each present moment with gratitude..do these things and you can’t miss.   28. This makes so much sense and I have better results when I put them into action. The real secret for me has been working with Spirit, or as Dr. JD puts it “creating from the quantum field” and that happens through cultivating the heart-mind connection through presence and learning how to lose self identity; our self identiy is a program..like I’m not “Adam” or a Medium..I am energy, Spirit,,that is ALL…then and only then do you vibrate in the quantum where all possibilities already exist so in that realm learn how to match your frequency with that of which you desire and you will absolutely attract it quickly. Most LOA teaching is still the old Newtonian way of changing matter from matter…hard work, you must act to attract and all that stuff but you can go to Spirit and create from the field that created everything and what you want will come to you. what action needed on the physical will just come to you…action should not be the focus.. yes we act to attract in the physical but it should not be your focus…vibration should…Spirit will ALWAYS tell you what earthly action is needed to align your energy with that which you desire to create if you are connected to source rather than in prejudgment based upon subconscious programming….. but if you do this correctly what you desire will come to you. ALWAYS It’s just how the universe works….

  46. 1. Remember to have fun and loosen up, it let’s go of the resistance.
    2. Your self image/identity powerfully affects your life – you’ll always subconsciously stay consistent to what your self image is.
    If you think you’re average, you’ll stay average. If you start thinking of yourself as your ideal version and start being your ideal self, it will begin to happen.
    3. Be flexible, don’t get caught up in the details of how something will manifest. Let universe handle that and trust that it’ll happen in an ideal way.
    4. Take action towards your dream life, but only from a place of inspiration/confidence, i.e. once you’ve done the vibrational work of alignment with your desire. and feel good about taking that action.
    5. Outer Intention – The more value you can add to other people, the more value comes back to you. Even if it’s something as small as buying things so someone is getting paid as a result of your transaction, or providing value in more direct ways such as creating valuable content, by providing value, you get value.
    Remember, the Universe is supporting you!

  47. I want to be a nurse, but don’t want to go the traditional route. Can you make video on how to find the details on what you are supposed to do as your life’s purpose? I feel like I have most of it, but it’s not fully clear.

    1. Watch Abraham Hicks.. when you clear your mind and live joyously in gratitude no matter what.. you will get impulses and ideas to do things.. that is your source energy.. your inner being who knows what you truly want. Follow those impulses to do the things that make you feel good and you will find clarity. Clarity doesn’t come from manifestation or tips and tricks. Clarity comes from inside. I promise you, Abraham Hicks will help you understand 🙂
