  1. Sorry but this was so annoying to watch when you aren’t feeling your best. That long intro. It started at 5:35 🤦🏻‍♀️
and look up the Epley maneuver.

  2. damn why are you scaring me its just a silly vertigo or in other words small diziness

  3. Hi am eating modalert 100 mg last one month also face daytime sleeping ness and dizziness

  4. Yeah.. i think i have BPPV and my mom thinks that it is from video games like i had it even before video games she took me once to the doctor and the doctor said if it happens again we need to come again and i am feeling dizzy right now in my forehead and sometimes i wake up in 2 am and my head is litterally spining its like going down the rolercoaster im gonna come to the doctor when i have my house

  5. Can you treat PPPD? No vertigo. Just feel high, dizzy all the time, that waxes and wanes in severity and gets worse with walking and head turning.

  6. I got tested of herpes early this year, I experienced dark urine and ribs pain so I went to the hospital for treatment and I was diagnosed of Herpes. The doctor gave me anti-retroviral drugs to slowdown the viral load which later worsens the ailment because the drugs weren’t effective and I was so scared because they say it has no cure, out of frustration I told my friend about it and luckily he told me he ones battled same problem in the past but he was saved by Dr. Abumere. He gave me his contact and reached him and I became well and tested negative after the treatment. Here is his contact if you have such case. contact: +2349021975055, (doctorabumrer6@gmail.com)

  7. When I put my head back like that..I feel some cracks. Like..not the neck. The back of the head. Also when I turn the head to the right and slightly back…why?

  8. I have vertiginous secondary to the right otitis media and it’s giving me temporary vertigo. When I first went to my doctor, he told me that the vertigo was just a symptom from the flu and he told me that it will go away in a few weeks. Months passed by and it got worse. My mom decided to take me to Mexico and right there, they did a head scan. It turns out there is something wrong with my nose which connects to my ears. My right ear was filled with fluid. They drained the fluid out but I need surgery to permanently fix what I have. Due to the corona virus, it’s really hard to make an appointment right now and I don’t know if I will be able to have my surgery:(

    1. I’ve been told I have fluid in both ears. I can’t find a doctor who will diagnose me with BPPV nor one that cares. I’ve just been told it’s due to allergies.

  9. The half somersault found on you tube free is so much easier. Dr Foster ENT even wrote a book on Overcoming Positional Vertigo.

  10. Oh yes, it sure does. i have suffered from vertigo for over 30 years. the older i get the worse it is. have been to the physical therapy several times and they just tell me there is nothing i can do for you. I have to turn over from my stomach not my back. I live on meclizine. there is no way i could do the manouvers you are showing. I can no longer watch tv and my neck has become very stiff from years of not moving my head very far. 2 years ago i had both knees totally replaced. i had to sleep with the bed all the way up while in the hospital cuz they wouldn’t let me sleep on my side. it was really tough. so glad that you are helping some people. i just go one day at a time. thanks for all the help you give us folks

  11. Can this also cause nystagmus? Might add when looking straight forward my left eye gazes to the left.

  12. years ago, seen for vertigo. no nystagmus. they did epley anyway. three months later had pons stroke. i have often wondered if they missed sign of impending stroke.

  13. I didn’t have BPPV, but had Meniere’s in the left ear with SEVERE vertigo, and the ENT docs were no help. Finally, my GP suggested I contact a physical therapist, and the results were pretty much magic. I could actually FEEL the improvement while going through the exercises (which I still do). Initially, the vertigo was so bad that I was indeed “puking in the wastebasket”, and would be down for several hours. Nowadays, if I have a “spell”,it rarely lasts more than five minutes. GO PTs!

  14. My head spins horribly if I lie flat on my back but I am okay if I lie sideways.

  15. Talk to Dr. David Hanscom and read up on Dr. John Sarno on the mental aspects of dizziness.

  16. Hope this helps someone. For 3 years I went through every conceivable test for BPPV and still had the same dizziness issues. The first visit to a physical therapist and she noticed my right eye did not track the same as my left.
I was set up with a series of eye exercises to strengthen the eye muscles particularly side to side and have had no dizziness since.

    1. So is BPPV also a matter of eye issues, not only the ears? I haven’t heard it can be solved with eye exercises. It’s all usually related to the ears 😲

  17. Thank you so much doctors! I’ve asked about this on a lot of your videos. Thank you for listening to me and addressing it for me. You’re so kind! Wish you both the best!

  18. I’ll just write this for anyone that might need to hear it. I had vertigo from morning until night for 6 months. Doctors did their tests but my eyes did not shake as explained here and BPPV was therefore ruled out. After 6 months I found Epleys maneuver myself on YouTube, tried it and instantly my dizziness was gone forever. 6 months of nightmare gone. It might be worth a try even if your doctor has told you otherwise.

    1. @WhenD V Kudos for the Video clip! Forgive me for butting in, I would love your thoughts. Have you thought about – Schallingora Automatically Update Scheme (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is an awesome exclusive guide for getting rid of virtigo without the headache without the hard work. Ive heard some decent things about it and my m8 at last got excellent success with it.

  19. The first time I had BPPV I thought I was having a stroke. I was just watching tv and suddenly it seemed like my eyes were wobbly/spinning. I had to crawl to the washroom to throw up because I couldn’t walk. It was so scary, but one physio treatment fixed it and since then I’ve done it myself when it it happens.

  20. Just watching you do this test makes me nervous. It is a very uncomfortable sensation. I’ve had rhis happen once when turning my head while driving. I was stopped at a light, thank God. Used to happen alot when lying down or turning over in bed. After starting thyroid treatment and eliminating gluten (due to sensitivity), this problem is VERY MUCH IMPROVED for me. Thanks for the info.

  21. In TCM or Traditional Chinese Medicine “dizziness” is a wind issue and there are remedies to combat this issue and works very well, they are called:
“TIAN MA GOU TENG YIN” and the other is “TIAN MA GOU TENG YANG”
    ✨✨✨✨✨👍

  22. I’ve been dealing with dizziness for 2-3 yrs now. ONCE in awhile it will come on if I lie down or turn over in bed. I was told I had this by a VA dr, went to physical therapy at the VA..tried 3 times & never did much good.

  23. Still wish I could find my dad’s dizziness issue. His is NON VERTIGO. Last year more than 30 doctor visits. I’m tired

    1. @Melissa Brill I also suspect I have dizziness from anxiety but it’s every day just not constant and more mild than what I see others experience. It feel like I’m in a moving car randomly. I’m trying to learn how to get rid of it some I’m literally trying every exercise I can find. You have any luck?

    2. @bob goldcat hello bob. Your dizziness was it an always occurrence then? Like you always feel it and not sporadically? Because that’s how I feel. I already went to a general practitioner doctor and there was nothing. Maybe i need to go to a psychiatrist.

    1. @Bob & Brad

Hello bob and brad im from uk and i had some dizziness Thursday after week today Thursday its back did yoir excersise amd others it helped calles my doctor ans they are fully booked emergencies calls over the phones due to covid. So if something was wrong what you suggest ive never had this dizziness before its strange if goes and comea after a week is it safe am i safe.

  24. The second I flip over in the bed and even THINK I feel dizzy I immediately slather on Vicks Vapor Rub on my neck just behind my ears. Works everytime!

  25. Thank you for the amazing information once again Bob and Brad, you guys are truly awesome 👏
