Same I have lightheaded from 3 months.. that time I was taking isotretinoin med so it decreases b12 level…but that time I don’t know about it.i also do ct scan but nothing comes out every thing is normal…but then I cause vision problems then I go to eye specialist he gave me b12 and b vitamins tablet now I can Focus on 1 object but I still feel lightheadedness. Umm I have to wait for 30 days.

  2. I noticed pure encapsulations multivitamin has 500 mcgs of b12. Is that safe? Also, could that much cause anxiety or other issues?

  3. I have been talking proton pump inhibitors for my acid reflux lately, ive heard that ppis lower b12 levels. Can this be reason for my dizziness

This past 3 weeks I’m getting dizzy and feel like throwing up the 1st week it happen only 1 time I woke up and everything is moving I went back to bed slept for another 2 hours I woke up its the same the 2nd week it happened 1 time again I was sitting down, I finish eating I stood up and put my plate in the sink then went back to my chair because my family is eating still and it happen all of a sudden while I’m sitting down and it took like 3 hours before it went away I had to lay down and sleep and this week it happenned 2 times yesterday and today, yesterday I was working and standing up all of a sudden I felt dizzy and I can’t walk straight and today I was cooking when it happened and they both took about 5 hours before it went away I had to take gravol and sometimes I hear in the ears most of the time Like the sound in the TV when nothing is on in the channel and sometimes it fell like it’s block..

Dizziness came with different phases for my spouse for 4-5 years, so I gave him the dizziness vertigo treatment. 4 days later, he started to have a clearer head for a good period of time, but not yet totally. My dad passes out due to fatigue and dizziness.he just got discharged out of the hospital a couple of days ago the doctors did every single test on him from A to z but everything came out negative. 273 years old and the only pills that he takes is one for blood pressure. All-in-all he is pretty healthy please if anyone has any information please let me know!

    1. There are alot of frequencies just in the atmosphere that can effect us. 5g, smart meters, even solar events that hit earth. Drs are seeing and understanding this more as sooo many have these issues suddenly. Just something to think about!

  14. I avoid all doctors and there treatments. I started taking care my own health 41 years ago when i had cancer. I haven’t been to a doctor or taken there prescribed poison since.

    1. @patricia gass I had bone cancer in my left leg. Which doctors wanted to amputate and colon cancer at the same time.
      I treated them by going on a whole food plant diet. Avoiding all refined foods and all animal foods
      Juicing
      Flax oil
      Sulphur protein from garlic
      Fasting and physical activity

    I consume no milk
    Very little meat.
    I eat a whole food plant based diet.

Our guts don’t function the same way – B12 is an essential nutrient, our bodies do not produce it therefore we must consume it. I obtained this dizziness vertigo remedy “Yοyο kamvuku” (Google it) for my spouse hadwho has different levels of dizziness for four to five. 4 days after, he started to get a better mind for a long time frame, but not yet completely. I`m hoping this procedure will be the solution as well as he`ll have no more dizziness issues to endure.
