  1. I read that Biotin like any other vitamin has no noticable effect unless you are actually suffering from symptoms caused by an actual vitamin deficiency. And 100 microgram of Biotin is sufficient as a supplement to reverse that deficiency. 2000-5000 microgram seems extreme in that context. It would be interesting to read more about those results mentioned.
