Eating “clean” was not on my radar when I received a spontaneous awakening. Also, I had mercury fillings at the time and was not in a sacred place. I think downloads and awakenings happen when they are destined to happen. Many of us awakened while eating meat, drinking coffee and having very little spiritual knowledge. Did I take his advice out of context?
Absolutely true. I was blessed too to receive a spontaneous awakening 2 years ago. I eat meat (organic, not every day) and couldn’t live without coffee.
I think that by eating clean gets you closer.
