This is the video for you if you are looking for some simple and easy things to do as a witch.
These witch hacks are great for any secret witch, easy and time-efficient enough for all busy witchcraft practitioners, and can be weaved effortlessly into your daily witchcraft practice – even if you are a lazy witch. Of course, they can also be part of an easy routine for beginner witches.
But let me start by telling you the secret behind all of these witch hacks:
The secret to practicing witchcraft every day is to weave the magic into the mundane. And with that I mean to take very mundane, boring, daily tasks and chores and make them magical with intentional acts, mindful focus, or with specific equipment used. That way you can have a daily witchcraft practice, without spending much extra time or effort – your magick will become part of you and your daily routine as a witch.
We will be talking about the benefits of daydreaming, mindfulness, and finding sacred space. Furthermore, we will be looking into glamour magick and ritually crafted self-care products. There are of course also some tips on kitchen witchery included, and tips for my fellow cottage witches. I also share some witch tips and tricks on my daily journaling and tarot routine and show you how to live in sync with the natural energies. I would love to read how you practice simple witchcraft or how you incorporate simple things to do as a witch into your daily routine πŸ™‚
The visuals in this will take you along through parts of my witch routine on a lovely spring day.

  1. Great tips!πŸ‘πŸΌ I want to work on the glamour magic more for sure…seems like something I could get into really easily that would be so fun & empowering!

    1. Thank you so much ❀️ and yeeeees, it is definitely fun to play around with! I am already excited to make a video on it hihi

  2. This was great! I definitely struggle with going through the motions of my day and not thinking to use intent in more areas of my life to manifest what I’m trying to achieve. This was a good reminder. I know I’ve definitely worked with glamour magic without even trying though! πŸ˜‰

    1. Thank you so much ☺️ happy to hear this served as a little reminder – a bit of intent and mindfulness really makes such a difference in my opinion. Even though I also sometimes forget with being busy and otherwise preoccupied πŸ˜„

  3. I have to commute to work on the subway so I take headphones with an audiobook and follow along in the book. I visualize a yellow bright light coming from the book and surrounding me with a protective aura. This makes me feel like I’m safe and magical while going to work and coming back.

    1. I LOVE this idea! I’m always reading, and this never occurred to me! Thank you @Infinite Text!

    2. I LOVE this so much 😍 Audible is my most-used app by far and when I used to live in the city I would always listen to an audiobook in the metro and feel in my protected bubble – just love the visualization you do with it πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

  4. A “lazy vitch”.. thought you were speaking my language with a “b” for a second 🀣🀣 love it!

    1. @Nightfall Homestead ahah I feel you. I always have lots of editing to do πŸ˜‚πŸ˜…

    2. @The witches’ cookery well I like your accent. Maybe I shouldn’t swear in my videos πŸ€” its soooooo hard not too 🀣

    3. Hehehe I wouldn’t dare to anger the YouTube algorithm like that πŸ˜‚ the b will always be bleeped out 😁 it’s just my poor pronunciation haha

  5. I loved this! When I’ve put my sewing needle down (am on a roll!) I’ll watch again with a notebook on hand. I don’t wear make-up but I do make my own clothes, so a video on these aspects would be really interesting. Thank you!

    1. @Maya Rockafellow ahhhh okay πŸ˜€ glad you found it and hope it will be helpful to you!

    2. I was the one who deleted it. Because I saw that it was in your notes at the bottom. My bad. Definitely looking for something holistic, and not the stuff that’s all the rage right now. Cuz who knows if that stuff actually works.πŸ€”

    3. @Maya Rockafellow hey Maya, just saw in my email notifications that you asked about tea, but it seems YouTube deleted that comment (sometimes they consider regular comments spam) – just wanted to let you know that it is in the weightloss with magick vlog ☺️

    4. Ahh nice – I love sewing too but am really bad at it πŸ˜… I definitely recommend the sigil embroidery video by the witching and I think I mentioned something about sewing witchcraft in my ‘hearth Witchcraft for rainy days’ video. But will definitely have a little think and make this into its’ own video topic – thanks for the inspiration ☺️🌷

  6. Great video! I love all of your tips and definitely love that you made it accessible for anyone, not just someone who has a boatload of time to craft massive rituals lol

    1. Thaaaank you ❀️ Hahaha as I too don’t have “boatloads of time to craft massive rituals” I thought I keep it simple and to the point πŸ˜„

  7. doing things intentionally is so important to my craft. I take daily medication for my adhd, and taking it is the first bit of magic each day for me. It is a reminder that I do not need to be perfect to be whole, and that I have worked hard to get to where I am. It’s also a promise to do the things I need to do, to protect myself from the spiral of anxiety I end up in when I’m unmedicated.

    1. I really love this approach, makes me think of changing my view on medicating and the ritual behind it. Thank you for sharing πŸ’š

    2. That really sounds like you start your day very intentionally and with much care for yourself πŸ’š Soooo important πŸ‘ŒπŸ˜ŠπŸŒΌ

  8. Thank you!! This was so good…such good reminders!!! πŸ’œπŸ™πŸ»πŸ’™πŸ™πŸ»πŸ’š

  9. I loved all of your tips!! Can’t wait for part three ✨ I think the easiest one for me is definitely working with mindfulness. I like to use a method called 5x5x5 (usually taught against coming anxiety attacks but it works perfectly for grounding and centering yourself in the now) You just need to focus on 5 things you can see, 5 things you can hear and 5 things you can feel. It’s super effective, low energy and not time consuming and can be done everywhere you are! I also include Sigils everywhere I go, on jewelry, my skin, clothing (very honored for including me in your teachings πŸ’š).
I also loved your tips about creating sacred spaces in your life that can work as a safety bubble or power house. It never occurred to me to use my mind to create a sacred space, absolutely love it!

    1. Ohhh I am so glad to hear! I love that method – I do that too when I go on my morning walks. It is super grounding and helpful 😊🌼 As I am a little day dreamer I always liked to create those sacred spaces in my mind but the time I really, really learned to do it purposfully was when I looked into hypnobirthing πŸ˜€

  10. Do you have a witch routine? Or simple things to do, in order to make your day more magical? I would love to read your tips and tricks on how to intertwine magick and mundane or just in general on simple witchcraft πŸ’šπŸ˜ŠπŸŒΌ

    1. I have been working on a gratitude practice, recognizing what I am grateful for when I wake up, and before I go to bed.

    2. In the morning, I sing to my plants when I water them! come to think of it… a few have started to struggle a bit lately….. In the evening I have started journaling at the end of the day and once a month I look to see if there are any patterns and if they correspond to lunar cycles, biodynamics, etc. all with a cup of herbal tea. Simple things that make me smile and feel a bit more centered.

    3. @Robin Currie it can be that YouTube automatically removes it as part of their spam guidelines. If you like, you can share it in my Facebook group for everyone to find β˜ΊοΈπŸ’š (it is linked in the description box below this video)

    4. @Stephanie Holloway I have a video and also a written recipe but I’m not sure how to share. It doesn’t seem to be working 😞

  11. Hahahah your beautiful accent made me totally think you just said β€œlazy b*tch” and I was so confused for a second πŸ˜‚ I need more coffee.

    1. Pro tip : you can watch movies at kaldrostream. Been using it for watching all kinds of movies recently.
