    2. keep listening every day for months. i thought i didnt have because i have no issue hearing Quran i feel fine. then i started Ruqyah treatment of washing my body with water that has Quran recited on, eating blackseed oil and honey mix with Quran recited on, praying 5 prayers every day and taking Ghsul bath. recite last 3 Qul Surahs of Quran and Ayat Al Qursi, Surah Al Fatiha, recite each 3 times and blow on hands and rub on body each time. i have done this for months, maybe 6 months now. i listen to Quran Ruqyah for hours and the other day i felt my legs twitch and this strange numb tingling feeling moving on my head. also having bad dreams with animals. this shows jinn posession most likely by sihr (magic). i only thought i had sihr before but now i learned it is jinn posession too. before my body never felt anything listening to Quran but now after months i feel it. some jinn are stronger than others. they may need months or years of treatment. it needs to be weakened every day by what i mentioned. please dont feel hopeless or scared. do what i told you i do for myself and we will be healed by Allahs will.
