I saw a sheikh doing Ruqiyah to olive oil, he recited surat Fatiha, Kursijah, Ikhlas, Falaq, Nass, each possibly 7 times, and from time to time he blew on the oil, which he might pore over his body. Can I do it the same with water, and then drink the water ?

I did Rukya for my self for 40 days .after fajar prayer it takes 1hrs 30 min to complete the whole recitation and Alhumdulilah I have got benefit from this Rukya .

If you are a Muslim, do not falsify the hadeeth. Muslim, Ahmad and Et-Tirmidhi narrated from Ibn ‘Abbaas (Radiyallaahu ‘anhumaa) that the Prophet (Sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallem) said: “The evil eye is real and if anything were to overtake the divine decree, it would be the evil eye. When you are asked to take a bath (to provide a cure) from the influence of the evil eye, you should take a bath.” This was classified as saheeh by Tirmidhi, and also by Al-Albaani in As-Silsilah As-Saheehah, 1251.
I belive in Islam but the evil eye stuff is bullshit 3 months sounds about right for any swelling to go down

The quaran talks about evil eyes and black magic. Did you forgot prophet sulimen who was the kind of over jins and the jins did the forbidden black magic.

Depends, if no medical treatment can treat it then just do Ruqyah because if you don’t have evil eye you still get rewards.
Asalaamu alaykum akhi, Im not one to advice as I do not have the knowledge….but read the Dua which the Sheikh said and lots of Quran.
