Do the following for cure. Make routine after Isha prayer before going to sleep, recite darood sharief before and after then Surah Fatiha, Surah Falaq and Surah Nass three times each and then Aitul qursi Once. Move hands on your head, face chest and back where ever you can reach. Do the same in the morning after Fajr too. You will be free and will not be affected by any such things in future till you keep reciting these. Also keep me in your prayers.
