  2. if the patient has visited doctors before this and had taken medication and it has not made a change than, the problem cannot be mental or physical but jinn, black magic, etc. but when the recitation of Qur’an takes effect, it shows. also the different behavior of the person can be diagnosed by the brother doing ruqya.
