    1. @Ahmed T. Ismail dawah man has attributed himself to Salafiyyah manyyyyyy times. Ur a lost case bro lol sit down

    2. Ahmed T. Ismail bro these lot chill with him and take knowledge from the same people, absolute clown mate

    3. H – you absolute melt, dawahman is a MADKHALI. We free ourselves from their filth and treachery.

    4. @Ahmed T. Ismail you do understand faisal and sam and pretty much every guest they have is salafi. Do you know how stupid you sound?

  1. Very inappropriate of Faisel sitting like that facing his soles of his shoes towards Ustadh Tim humble. Insha’allah you will learn from this mistake.

    1. P.S. : Most teachers (in deen) probably wouldn’t even mind that (i.e. the way you sit, etc) out of their humility, but it’s the students who should know their levels.

    2. @Dunia there are etiquettes of seeking knowledge in Islam. The scholars explain about hadith of Jibril (where he asked about Islam, Iman, and Ihsan) that the hadith teaches us some of the etiquettes of seeking knowledge, which are students should have decent clothing, they should look clean and they should show a high level of respect towards their teachers. In the hadith it describes that Jibril dressed in a very nice and clean way and he sat in front of Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) in a very respectful and humble way.

In term of body language, when you cross your limbs, it indicates that you’re not interested in what other person has to say, moreover the 4 figure (legs crossed and ankle over knee) indicates that you feel dominant/superior/arrogant. Hence, it’s considered disrespectful. Though, there are other factors to be considered.

From my perspective, I see that Ustaadh Tim Humble is the teacher, he’s the one who has knowledge, he’s senior, yet he sat there humbly and I can see his manner’s showing humility (may Allaah preserve him). I don’t think it’s a proper etiquette to sit that way in front of the teacher even if it’s in a causal meeting (especially when he speaks about Qur’an and hadith), while you’re the one who doesn’t have knowledge and that you’re benefiting from him.

      And Allaah knows best.

    3. That’s a cultural thing for Arabs but it’s not disrespectful from an Islamic perspective, is it?

    4. Exactly what I thought, but then I made an excuse for him, that maybe that’s how kids are raised in western countries, that’s how the normal mannerism there.

  2. When ever i see the Sheikh’s lectures i tend to press like before watching, i learnt a lot from him and i make dua for him.

    1. That’s a mindless patriarch thing to do and I suspect we are not alone I find that I do the same thing with my pastor Gino Jennings but we should wait to vote but it wasn’t me it was the finger that did it

  3. Its Sam!!!! Alhamdulilah Wallahi i have missed you Sam. Not only that, but also Tim Humble Subhan Allah i cant WAIT to listen to this.

  4. Asalamu alaikum
JazakAllah khair. May Allah accept all this from you, and increase you 🙂
