  1. I have this problem …v.v. good explanation….I will try …thanks ..I will look for more kind of pain …hands ,elbow so on

  2. thank you this is really helpful. i got a concussion a month ago and although i started recovering when i had my covid jab it feels like i’m back to square one with dizziness which is just miserable. I’ll try these! fingers crossed!

    1. @Aaron no, it actually made it much worse for me. I’d almost recovered from the concussion – i had several days of feeling perfectly normal before i had my jab (3 weeks after the injury) then 4 days after that i was back in bed too dizzy to walk and that was a month and a half ago and i’m still feeling dizzy every day, foggy, tired and spacy all the time and screens and stress mess me up. I can be up and about now at least but i still feel a bit drunk all the time – haven’t had one day of feeling normal since. My MRI and bloods came back normal so i’m waiting to speak to a neurologist to find out what’s going on with me. I wouldn’t say no to getting the jab because it could be totally unrelated to the concussion and my dizziness could be caused by something else, but that was my timeframe

  3. This is so helpful. I started vestibular therapy after my concussion but I was forced to return to work and I really have suffered

  4. Very helpful thank you I’ve been dizzy after a hit to the side of my head for the last 3 years… I will update🙏🏼

  5. Thank you so much for such clear instructions. I concussed my head pretty hard a few days ago and need some physio exercises I can do at home. Great to find your video exactly when I need it! 🙂
