I have ringing in my left ear, is this connected to dizziness?
thank you this is really helpful. i got a concussion a month ago and although i started recovering when i had my covid jab it feels like i’m back to square one with dizziness which is just miserable. I’ll try these! fingers crossed!
@Aaron no, it actually made it much worse for me. I’d almost recovered from the concussion – i had several days of feeling perfectly normal before i had my jab (3 weeks after the injury) then 4 days after that i was back in bed too dizzy to walk and that was a month and a half ago and i’m still feeling dizzy every day, foggy, tired and spacy all the time and screens and stress mess me up. I can be up and about now at least but i still feel a bit drunk all the time – haven’t had one day of feeling normal since. My MRI and bloods came back normal so i’m waiting to speak to a neurologist to find out what’s going on with me. I wouldn’t say no to getting the jab because it could be totally unrelated to the concussion and my dizziness could be caused by something else, but that was my timeframe
I have been dizzy as well, did the covid vaccine help improve any symptoms?
This is so helpful. I started vestibular therapy after my concussion but I was forced to return to work and I really have suffered
Very helpful thank you I’ve been dizzy after a hit to the side of my head for the last 3 years… I will update🙏🏼
Great video – clear and thorough explanation – very helpful!! Thank you!!
Thanks! Great exercises. Should I expose myself to more screen time to get used to it or avoid it?
Thank you! I will be trying these
Thank you so much for such clear instructions. I concussed my head pretty hard a few days ago and need some physio exercises I can do at home. Great to find your video exactly when I need it! 🙂
