  1. The only time i get a dizzy head when standing is if i ha e been sitting or lying sill for a long time and i am dehydrated

    If im hydrated it doesn’t happen

  2. I’m 23 and they always tell me at the doctor that my blood pressure is low. Is that a bad thing?

      I only drink water. A gallon everyday. I also eat well, mostly veggies and fruits, very little meat.

  3. I’m 18 and I sorta experience mild diziness on standing up after being seated for about 10-15 minutes or so. I don’t know if I have low BP tho

  4. I was getting this alot when I was around 58 kg now I’m 70 kg (5ft 11) and I never get it now.

    1. @Mini Mixers You are a Strong Person because you can handle that state of mind. And in that situation you should get rid of every type of pressure and tension.
      Eventually, you will feel awesome and incredibly happy.

  5. POTS – Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. I have this and i am young. I was diagnosed by a cardiac doctor from Henry Ford. Trying eating lots of salt and drinking lots of water. When getting up squeeze your legs to help the blood move up. Heat and changes in hormones also can cause flares in this conditions.
