    1. I don’t know of a particular acupressure point for bedsores. I am obviously not a doctor, but I would think you would need to apply healing remedies to the sores changing bandages often and making sure you are not deficient in any vitamins or minerals.   1. One small question. Is it necessary to breathe out through the mouth only while doing these exercises? Is exhaling through the nose not recommended?

    1. There are so many ways to “breathe” when doing energy work. I have always learned with acupressure to breathe in through my nose (filling my belly with air) and exhaling through my mouth. There are other practices in Qigong and Yoga where they tell you to only breathe in and out through your nose. I would say for the exercises I usually share, use the method of breathing in through the nose and out the mouth. If you struggle with that, or it feels better another way, just listen to your body. Play around with it 🙂 The breath is just helping energy move through the body. Hope this helps 🙂

    1. The great thing about working with your body’s energy is that you cannot screw it up. I would try the acupressure points for any dizziness I experienced. If you suffer with dizziness often try using the points when you are not dizzy, add them to your daily routine. The more you use them the better balanced your energy system will be. So to answer your question, I have had people use the points for all kinds of dizziness related issues including cervical, and they all have had some sort of shift.

    2. Are you also used to practise any techniques of hand reflexology or auriculotherapy? Such advices would be useful too:) Sometimes it’s easier to apply a few pressure points on hands. When on public for example.

    3. I suppose you are right with the statement of holistic approach methods significance. What I’ve learned from my case it’s the trick that pills plus acupressure work better than pills alone.
