  1. I normally get dizzy when walking around. Especially when i am barefoot, i feel my balance is off. What do you think this is? The room is not spinning, just feels like the floor is uneven, so i walk extra slow…

  2. .I really liked it.. because I am suffering from the same condition and i don’t know what to do about it.. until I
had used products of planet Ayurveda.. and they are really effective.. I am good now.

  3. Only had dizziness looking up and turning in bed, not bending over forward or quick movements side to side. Had this off and on for many years. Went to an ENT specialist and was told, yes we can see your spinning (eye movements) but we have no idea why. So, I try Epley Maneuver myself at home and all it does is make me very sick at my stomach for quite a while afterwards. Doesn’t fix a thing. I am very disheartened by this. It is debilitating and no one seems to have an answer.

  4. July 2021….I thought I was having a stroke, the room was spinning, I was very weak, clammy, disoriented. Lying down did not help. Fortunately, whatever WAS wrong I did not add my own stubbornness to the equation; instead I called 911 pronto. I live in New Orleans so they took me to Tulane Neurologic Center, where the Docs did everything but give me a manicure (LOL) I had an MRI (nothing unusual), an EKG (ditto), a stroke evaluation (all clear), and blood tests for diabetes screen and BP check. All good. So, BPPV it was. I did experience this years ago in my 30s: it resolved in a short while on its own – given Antivert, and time. However I am now 73, and as our body fluids become less as we age…so does the fluid in our middle ear. Who’d a thunk it? So I am adding healthier, better eating (hydration, natch)… since I could certainly drop 20 pounds. I’m a non drinker and don’t smoke…and love walking. Stretch and bending exercises, and Antivert (1/2 capsule) when needed. No driving, no bike riding, making small changes in my lifestyle and habits…common sense calls the tune. Also learning everything I can so I can manage and lessen this annoying, somewhat (literally) unsettling condition..Thanks, guys.

  5. Can this be cured. ? Or can you do it afterwards even if you have no more symptoms? Please answer. Thank you

  6. Sadly from what you are saying, it sounds like this isn’t the source of my vertigo. I plan on seeing my doc about it though as it’s disabling when it comes on.

  7. I experienced this for the very first time last Sunday morning (May 2, 2021). It was as I was turning in bed to get up for the morning. Freaked me out – last time I had experienced any sort of vertigo was when I was put under for oral surgery 19 years ago. First thing I thought was, am I having a stroke? Being the critical thinker I am, I sat there and ran a few things through my head first … was I slurring speech? Nope, was talking fine. Was I weak anywhere? Nope, no weakness. By now I was up and the vertigo had passed. However, I now experience this every damned time I turn my head sharply to the right and upward. Every time it lasts 15-20 seconds and goes away. Doing research on this landed me here. I will be trying the Epley maneuver in the morning when I wake up tomorrow. FWIW I did have a head injury (including an mTBI) but this was 31 years ago.

  8. I get it every few years or sow, I have it now, worst ever! I am 75 , first time i felt sick from it. For me vertigo seems to always come back. first experience I was around 60. I am a life time surfer figured might be because of that, water in ears a lot, wipe outs tumbling end over end who knows?

  9. nice video on this disease. my sister was also suffering from this disease and didn’t get relief from anywhere. but finally got relief after taking treatment from planet ayurveda.

  10. I had 2 vertigo episodes one week apart. Excruciating experience but fairly brief. Emergency doctor tried to trigger an episode & didn’t work. Made appointment with vestibular therapist & she couldn’t trigger an episode. Back to work & no problems so far. Some moments feel slightly imbalanced but suspect it’s the Betahistine Dihydroc . Emergency doc made me appointment with neurologist but suspect I need nose and ear specialist to get to the bottom of this. You guys aren’t kidding when you say it takes multiple visits! May be having a multiplier effect with $$$$ but not finding cause or resolution without researching yourself.

  11. Hello guys i am 24 i had a vertigo episode for the first time. I went to the doctor i got negative to bppv. I didnt have infection. I wasn’t on medication and i was fine Psychological. What can cause vertigo? I never had this before

  13. I answered all 4 questions with a YES, i was told by my doctor to see a Neurologist.😖😔

  14. Why do the crystals fall off and cause this ? Do they know. Do you make new crystals. I’ve had this on and off a few days recently. I had this morning with intense nausea. Awful

  15. The dizziness vertigo treatment made me feel extremely better right after it resolved my troubles with dizziness. I have vertigo a couple times a year will so this be my go to item for now on. This method is non-drowse, so I am not concerned of dozing off on the job. I like this method! I save your time to do the research on Google. The guidebook’s name is https://t.co/YajEea0QtE

  16. Hi Brad & Bob. Please help me what pillow is good. I had chiropractor snap my neck & I bought a My Pillow & that has not helped me. Please give me advice. This was texted Oct.14,2020 Thank you. I enjoy all the exercises for my back.

    1. Brettsnaturalhealth.com
Click on menu and go to millet pillows. This guy makes them by hand. Material is organic & great quality. The millet hulls are also organic. The zippers on the pillows are high quality, & extra millet is also sent with orders in case more filling is needed. I really enjoy mine. Brett also has a YouTube video on the millet pillows. You might have to play around with the pillow a bit to get it to the right amount of fullness that you want. I had shopped around for many years buying a bunch of pillows, & hands down, this one is the only one I will use now. I love it! 💞

  17. i have a question i hope you can answer i woke up dizzy today idk why this happened to me last time and i went to sleep and it was gone

  18. I thought I had bppv for the last 2-3 days, but none of the manoeuvers seemed to be working, than after thinking that it could be connected to using my new foam roller the wrong way I found this article: https://bangordailynews.com/2014/01/16/health/feeling-dizzy-your-inner-ear-might-not-be-the-culprit/ After massaging the sternocleidomastoid it was gone. My head would start spinning and as soon as I put the foam roller behind my ear, it stopped the vertigo right away, and stayed that way when I got up…I know i m not a doctor, but it worked.

  19. I’ve had BPPV in both my ears and treated both now I’m getting vertigo from my neck and it sucks because sleeping is difficult I’m not able to do any exercise and I’m unable to look up down left and right for too long also very difficult to see a dentist and just do daily things I’m getting dry needling done from my physiotherapist hopefully to reduce this dizzyness and improve my stability in my neck

  20. I had to answer yes to every question. I developed Vertigo back in 2018 after I was struck by an SUV. I received treatment at a Rehab Physicality, but my Vertigo came back about a week ago out of the blue. Does it usually do this, or is that unusual?

  21. I have CP and was in a really bad car accident last year and the Crystal’s came loose. I’ve worked hard to get them back in, but lately my BPPV is awful. This video was such a help!

    1. I agree. Too much chat and very little content. More like entertainment than medical advice and so superficial.

  22. I am having Vertigo now, yes to all 4 questions. Have watched your videos and me and my husband have tried without success. Feels like my ears are stopped up, they pop a lot. Any suggestions, since I can’t get to my ENT right now. Thanks, really enjoy your videos.

  23. SERIOUSLY THEY SAY IT IS NOT BPPPV IF IT GOES FOR HOURS?? the first time I have this and only after hours and hours of rest I could get a bit better and my neck hurts a lot.
And I this video they don’t tell you what it could be if it last hours.
Also everyone that had this say it last hours days or weeks. I have seen lots of videos and people say they feel bad fo long time.

    1. The spinning doesn’t last long. The dizziness can last days, weeks, mos. The spinning and the dizziness is different…

  24. I’ve been feeling like I’m on a boat for the last few week, went to the nurse a few days a go and she’s put me on anti dizzy tablets and said I’ve just had a cold …
Yesterday I went to look at my shoe and lifted my head back up ,went funny and fell into my bathroom door frame cracking my skull on it !
I’ve been dizzy on and off for years now (this time it’s constant feeling of feeling like I’m slowly rocking) ,I’ve been tested for almost everything and I do have some health problems ,but majority of the time things come back negative…
I thought maybe my blood sugar was dropping and have fizzy to make myself better or eat something (even though I had already eating) piled on alot of weight because of that!
I get migraines around loud noise or lights and throw up.I get heart palpitations…
and I’m always very sleepy ,but my vitiamin levels are fine!

    It’s ruining my life!
I use to be so fit (loved sports) and now if I do any cardio I get really dizzy

    1. Sounds like Vestibular Migraine 😏 ( im familiar with these symptoms for over three years and also have VM diagnose ) . Do a research about that chronicall illnes . Whish you all the best ❤. Greetings from Croatia 👋

  25. Interesting ty I am having it BAD!!! I can’t even use the bathroom without help and it is scary it triggers my anxiety at times which makes things worse. I called to see a nurse practioner 2 months appointment is the earliest I can get in.

  26. please answer me.. when i lay down at night i only have 1 position on the left side becoz when i lay down on the right side i feel dizzy and i feel swinging sensation.. but when i do the epley manuever on the right side i dont feel any dizziness..? what do you think is my case? please anyone? is it still bppv?

  27. What are your thoughts on tinnitus? Is that typically present with patients suffering from BPPV? Separate? Thanks 🙂

  28. Hi ,I am trying to see your video that you guys mentioned you had a video of explaining the tunnel of vertigo with the images of the inner ear, I cant find it ?

  29. Recently I have had some of the symptoms you describe ,I check with my GP and he told me is related to some wax in my ears ,apparently interferes with someone’s balance, what do you think ? Great video

    1. Urbano Ramos I had that 2x because of ear wax & took ear wax out & Light headed Ness went away. Not a fun feeling that’s for sure.

  30. What do you do tho when vertigo is cujo on steroids lol & it’s this?
Plus REM while trying to do maneuver & can’t stay in that position for 30 seconds? 2 seconds was like eternity.

  31. There are multiple maneuvers depending on what canal in the ear is causing the issue. Figure that part out before getting to crazy.

  32. Make sure you guys check with your chiropractor if it’s your occipital nerve from your base of your skull, they can do an occipital lift adjustment, it fixed part of my vertigo, unfortunately I also get bppv.

  33. To clarify, the spinning of bppv won’t last hours but the head movement triggering can last days or weeks until you get the “crystals “ repositioned.

    1. @jbird it’s funny you say that because I have had ongoing neck issues for the last 2 years. Just tightness stiffness, some loss of range of motion toward my effected bppv ear side, right ear…

    2. Waseem Khan start looking into occipital vertigo. Your neck and base of your skull, the occipital area can pinch off nerves causing that side ear, eye, and such to give you issues, off balance especially. Chiropractor can do an occipital lift maneuver, also research occipital stretching and such. I have that issue also, but got it under control.

    3. Could the imbalance feeling last more than a month? Def had true bppv on my right ear because the ent recreated in the office and performed the maneuver . Never had the crazy spins after that but dealing with this wierd imbalance feeling all the time.

  34. I had 3 incidences in a 10 year period, 1st 2 not long, the last one lasted 12 to 15 min.? Hmm

    1. Irene Gonzalez usually if you sit still or lay down it will only last a couple minutes. Were you trying to move around still……….

  35. Hvg bludging disc from c3 to c7 from last 3yrs haved pain block last yr no improvement difficulty in mvg right hand ,,, hvg all pysotheropy treatment .now dr said for doing .U.S phase 1 can u suggest me what to do

  36. I walk to the store about a half mile stop at a light on a busy street…The light changes the traffic stops and I cross the street… Every time I get a dizzy feeling and almost pass out and think what the hell is that am I walking across an Indian grave or a spot someone got killed…So weird.

    1. I am now 73, had this vertigo issue years ago…Sometimes little things help a lot…Ex:Changing the position of your eyes, which is common as you walk in the street (safety, noting traffic lights, etc), can cause the eye and the middle ear to send a mixed message. Hence, the dizziness. I used to text in the passenger seat of our car, then look up and talk with hubby. Causing a rapid, constant shift in my eye focus. I don’t do that anymore and it is a huge improvement already.
