  2. Two years ago I was walking to my class when I thought I was gonna fall through the ground and I had to lay down so I didn’t fall. Ever since that day I’ve been dizzy everyday. I’ve gone to at least 6 different doctors and they are clueless. No one knows what’s wrong with me. I get very anxious of leaving my house and I don’t see my friends anymore as I get too dizzy to walk sometimes. I sometimes feels like I’ll never be my old self again and I’m desperate to get healthy again. I’m tired of telling people and myself that “I’m too dizzy.” I’m a positive person but sometimes I just can’t help myself from getting sad by this nightmare.

    1. @Miniatyren You could feel dizzy because of the dehydration..
Try to drink enough water. For a start 3L daily…

    2. @Michael B I hope you get the same help I got. I’m on maintenance now and have only had one actual meniere’s attack in that time, extra tinnitus, unable to focus or do much of anything. Took heaps of stemitil as per ENT suggestion a year earlier which was 25mg ( I took 5 tablets over 1 hour) menieres lasted only 3 hours then it lifted.

This was a walk in the park compared to the cervical vertigo of 9 weeks duration. I knew this bout wasn’t needing chiro as my neck felt fine and I had good range of movement, it was purely an ear thing. Chiro cracks those as well which is amazing, couldn’t believe a certain tug on the ear can crack right into the neck, he says it might help drain the Eustachian tubes and solve part of the problem, which it must have done since this was the quickest meniere’s I’ve ever experienced.

      My chiro is a keeper.
      Hope you feel better soon.

    3. @Nona Cee This story has inspired me! I was diagnosed with 90% damage in my left vestibular nerve. Did VT balance got close to 90% better expect when I drive. I still have ringing in my ears and anxiety when driving. The ENT is now sending me to a neurologist because he thinks it could be something else…basically he has no clue. I suffer from REALLY stiff neck and a consistent feeling of needing to be cracked. I have my first chiro appt and I am hoping this will help like it did for you. I am only 33 so I am confused why I have such issues. I have had an MRI done and no tumors…so I am desperate to get back to normal.

    4. @miniatyren…I was diagnosed with vestibular damage in my left ear. I went to an ENT doctor. They ran a ENG test…which tests for ear, eye, brain balance, and that is where they found the damage. They think it was caused by a viral virus I got a couple months before the dizziness started. I had to do vestibular therapy for about 6 months in office. Now I do them almost everyday at home. Go to a ENT doctor ASAP. You shouldn’t ignore chronic dizziness, because it is usually manageable once diagnosed.

  3. Go find a (very!) good chiropractor, hopefully it will give you some relief, and then start training the muscles of your upper back and neck. That’s most likely why the dizziness is happening. Am trying to get rid of mine this way ad think it really helps!

    1. @Anne Yes, definitely. He also was the first one to point me in the right direction regarding my dizziness. I had gone to other doctors, even took an MRI… No one even suggested it might “simply” be “mechanical” and not nerve or somatic… I try to go at least once a month to the chiro now. It’s money well spent. I’ve also started going to the gym to strenghten aaall that core of mine! 🙂

  4. Feeling shaky as if the ground is going up and down mostly while moving and looking down.
Got an x ray done. Loss of neck curve. Having this on and off since 20 months. Thought just happening to me.

    1. @Tuba Jafri go to a physical therapist. They should be able to help you. I was miserably dizzy for a year. But I finally went to a pt who specialized in back and neck related dizziness as well as vertigo and he helped me get rid of it.

    2. @Anne I did take up certain changes as in maintaining proper postures at all the times.
No chiropractor. Sometimes, it gets better too.
      Try looking up mostly 🙂

    3. Sounds terrifying, I’ve experienced similar so can sympathize:/ did you go to the chiropractor and how’s your health now?

  5. It is effective, vertigo treatment solution “Yοyο Kamvuku” (Google it)really works. There are days I did not remember to take the medication and that I can see the distinctions as compared to have taken it. This cure is surely effective in managing my light headedness. I notice my head is clearer and I have less dizziness attacks. .

    1. @Vintage Velvet is your neck painful and tight ,mine is very tight and painful and makes me sick to my stomach and dizzy

    2. @C. Campbell I tried that stuff but it doesn’t stop the dizziness or nausea . I have damage to my neck from being punched.

    3. Willow Vegan Rootworker try seeing a chiropractor and also can help to take meclizine (or over the counter Dramamine for car sickness) in the meantime.

  6. Hi. I want to know if a bulging cervical disc can compress a vertebral artery and cause less blood flow to the brain. I live in Ukraine right now, and the neurologist I went to said that this is the case, but I can’t find any information about it online, except for “Bow Hunter’s Syndrome,” which says that it’s caused when the neck is in certain positions. The only problem is that it doesn’t matter which position my head/neck is in. I’ve been dizzy for over a month now. Thanks for your video.

  7. I feel stiffness behind my nose . I feel dizzy sometimes. I feel my head n neck area stiff when i seat for long time . I feel that my head is not steady . My walking balance is off .. i am taking treatment science 5 years but still i cant walk properly. I feel unsteady

    1. Србомбоница go see a chiropractor, mine was the same and he literally gave me my life back, stop wasting time and go!

    2. @Rustic_ MetalArt my neck is so tight and painful I can’t even crack it anymore 🙁

  8. Sir I have cervical spondylosis and having dizziness and vertigo and vomiting and some time headache what should I do.

    1. I feel u…lately. I experience it too… Hope there is a solution for this.Amein

  9. I WOULD LIKE TO WARN THE ONLY PERSON WHO DISLIKED THIS VIDEO TO LIKE IDEAT THERE IS NOTHING TO DISLIKE IT////

  10. Are there places that test and/or treat for this? Am in Southern California, long time vertigo sufferer. Balance issues, sometimes seems to come with “phantom” arm pain and numbness. Any guidance appreciated, Thank You.

  11. I have been search for something like this for so long. Doctors look at me like I’m crazy when I said I swear it’s like my head and body are detached!

    1. @Swee Chiang c he would adjust my neck, and have me do brant daroff exercises. But my vertigo came back 😢 I was fine for 4 months and now im back to having dizziness.

    2. @Robert Case im glad to know that the anxiety is from that dizziness. I hate when I would get a dizzy or spinning episode and immediately my heart would race it feels like im going down an elevator 😬

    3. Try going to a chiropractic nuerologist, im going myself its been 3 months of treatment and its working!

    4. @Robert Case – Thank you so much for your answer 🙂 Same story here.
      I’ll keep on going 🙂
All the best to you 🙂

  12. Sometimes when I gently rub the back of my head/neck it helps ease off the dizziness, lightheaded feeling.

    1. @Oum noor Oum noor me too how are now please 🙏 tell me about your self are You get better?

    2. Love a rare brain disease which can be found only by doing a spinal tap

  13. Can I say this makes sense to me, and Daniel Estrada I have the same, you lie down , or recline , look one way, you feel like your falling almost, then it goes away ,or clears, really want to find some help, had this for 1 year not nice at all

    1. Integrative Brain and Body thank you so much for your reply, I will do as you say and I’ll try get this sorted, first person to try and help me !!

    2. Emily, this is really classic for something called Posterior Canal BPPV and NOT cervicogenic vertigo. In BPPV usually the symptoms last for no longer than a couple minutes. If its truely BPPV, you can usually get rid of it within 1-3 treatments (each lasting like 2 minutes). I would recommend finding a pracitioner or Physical Therapist that knows about vertigo. To find a good one before you see them, ask them if they know how to perform the Epley’s maneuver. If they don’t know what that is, then find a new doctor. If you wanted to understand a little bit more about BPPV, watch our video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uqFpONTjgC0

  14. I fell off a ladder landing with my head, I covered my head with my hands broke my thumbs, I had neck pain for a month it went away, now when I lying on the bed and turn around or standing up I feel really dizzy for second then it goes away I’m scare

  15. This is really true! I had many years of vertigo that was misdiagnosed as Meniere’s, but when I was symptomatic and had a neck adjustment by my very good chiropractor, my symptoms magically disappeared a few minutes after the adjustment! This actually was repeated two times so we were sure it was not a fluke. C1/C2 adjustment did the trick!

    1. @Tesnim Djadri My symptoms were: I had a mild hearing loss, ringing in the ears (sounded like my head was in a tunnel), vertigo, and my head felt “hot”. After the adjustment, it all went away instantly. My belief is that the obstruction or pinching in the C1/C2 vertebrae were causing this. Subsequent treatments and even acupuncture has essentially eliminated this!

    2. My dr said I have meniere or Vestibular migraine. And one said none. I don’t know if my neck could be the issue. May I ask u what were your symptoms???

    3. C1 and C3 are misaligned for me plus I have a swollen septum on my left nostril that puts pressure on my eustachian tube.

    4. @Vintage Velvet — Please keep in mind — there is ENORMOUS variation in practice techniques and skill sets among chiropractors (as there are in auto mechanics, plumbers, carpenters, financial planners, attorneys, surgeons, physical therapists, etc., etc., etc.). Perhaps you should move on from this doc?
