  1. I am extremely impressed with all these medical doctors.
    Here in California it figures

  2. I’m guessing you work in California because it doesn’t seem anyone is in Florida. All these old bodies to work on and you’re in California

    1. You can search for professionals in these particular credentials. Kim”s website may provide resources on her website to search in your zip code. I hope you find someone to help.

  3. I have suffered from this illness for over 20 years! Thank the Lord I have not had any spurts of it for almost two years. It’s a horrible illness. Once I had it for three months ☹️🤔😭😢💤

    1. I also Suffered for approx 20 years from what I called My dizzy spells! I would lie-down in my recliner on my side and close my eyes and sleep for 10 or 15 mins, this would happen 2 or 3 times a year, my GP prescribed medication with Bad side effects,I only took the medicine one time and flushed the remaining pills in the bathroom, when I visited my Chiropractor and told her my story, she Cured me without medication,Thank GOD for my Chiropractor

    2. I definitely need this kind of treatment I am living in jamaica please how can I get this natural treatment.

  4. No exit off, big sign it’s going to be one of those hour long thing, and buying something.

  5. Just now I watched this video about vertigo,my dizziness started this year 2020 March 23,until now occured it occureslike dawn,I was dizzy and vomitting or lbm ..since it’s Covid I not going to the hospital I only take rest

    1. Hello thanks for the replied lately I did all laboratory, yea I got hyper tension,140_100,then I changed my glasses lens, and then I refrain listening music using internet 😎

    2. @Ngaire Imgham
Mine does not come from this, as mine is from two vertebrae that are (not quite fused but very little space).I had an xray many years ago.
However you are correct that if you live near electricity pylons or have lots of Wifi around (sadly in this world who does not live near Wifi and electricity pylons? )
However I still take xcell plus which aids blood flow and depending on my seated position *( make sure your device is at eyes level so you are not having neck bent which stops or cuts back on blood flow to the cerebral ) .
We sure have messed up our lives by trying to be permanently in touch with each other and yet we are more lonely than ever. (I am grateful to have a relationship with my Creator and knowing He has promised to bring to Ruin theruining the Earth, and soon no resident will say I am sick. This gives me great peace of mind.

    3. Stay clear of Wifi and see it that helps – I moved away from the cell tower next door and shut off all wifi in my new house – ethernet computer – landline phone – symptoms disappeared

    4. Just to help yourself when you get vertigo, nausea and vomiting, I sadly often get migraine and vertigo, however first I take something called xcell + powder, which is an arginine based formulation, designed to support healthy nitric oxide production. The organs need optimal blood flow, which when I get a vertigo attack, (yes sometimes vertigo is from another issue) but taking this and visiting my chiropractor to realign my whole body.
I would follow Dr John Bergman and type in migraine vertigo…If you have or know of a chiropractor ( just in case you have never been to one, please do your research first) ..However consider having an X-ray, Incase the issue like mine is actually coming from the vertebrae…I have 2 that sadly sometimes do not have a lot of fluid and this causes the vertigo for me.
It will be great when soon we have been promised a time when No resident will say I am sick, however these are my solutions for my vertigo, I STOPPED ALL medications 5 years ago, and only take now what minerals and vitamins work with the body…I am healthier stronger more energy and reversed my illnesses that I had been suffering with for 27 years…Sadly migraines and vertigo will continue whilst we are all Imperfect. Wishing you well..Don’t forget Dr John Bergman and He has fantastic advice.
Soon old age and illness will be gone, so do what you can and stay strong physically , emotionally and spiritually.
      Wishing you well.

  6. I am too far away to avail physical help, but your lecture clears my perception. Thank you so much. But how can we avail help in a god forsaken country?

    1. Move to a warm sunny happy popular tourist town in Mexico. I guarantee it will be popular with expats, so you’ll still have friends from home that wanted to get away for probably some of the same reasons.

  7. I just finished with a series of exams: 2 MRIs and two MRAs and one EEG for my brain and neck, since for about a year I have lost my equilibrium, then I started vomiting and then nausea all the time. I went to the doctor, and told her that I was feeling bad, plus I had fallen twice (in my yard). She prescribed Meclizine for motion sickness Thank God I fell on the grass because my floor in my house is all ceramic and I have Osteoporosis and taking Prolia shots. She prescribed nausea pills and sent me to see a neurologist, who ordered all the MRIs and MRAs plus the EEG. I knew I was OK because I have never had a headache. All the tests came out negativie and he said to keep on taking the pills that he prescribed ONDANSETRON for nausea . I asked how about exercises? He said to go back to my Primary care doctor. I did two days latter, my nausea and dizziness got so bad. I saw her yesterday and she is sending me to Physical Therapy. Watching this program, I hope I will get rid of this horrible feeling. I cannot focus and with nausea all the time. I am taking those two pills and she also told me to get Claritin since she said I had liquid in my right ear. Any suggestions? I do not like to take pills, specially after I heard Dr. Kimberlly Bell. She is outstanding.

    1. Just drink ginger tea..stops dizziness and nausea and gives you energy. STOP those PILLS!!!

    2. @Brian John Hawkeswood look, I get this too.dizzy, nausea..and don’t trust myself to go to the shop nearby. I drink a half cup of ginger tea. Dry or fresh. Same result. Wait half hour..and you be ok. All Gone!

    3. Yes I find so far the speakers do not mention nausea- only dizziness. If it was only dizziness then whats the problem? Its the nausea and debilitating feelings of ill health that is the main problem. ?????

  8. I have been suffering from vertigo since I am 18yrs old. I am currently 50 years old now and still having bouts of vertigo. This is the best information that I have come across related to the complexity of vertigo. Thank you for the work that you do and for this incredible video.

    1. Hello Maam Lisa, you have mentioned you have vertigo since you were 18 years of age, and how are you improving this time? What medication did you take? And how it helping you?

  9. I’m not geriatric and have been having the issue of feeling off balance when driving for about 15 years. This has kept me off the freeway as one can imagine and uncomfortable to drive even on the streets. Took me this long to even get towards pinning down what was going on. Initially, I thought I simply had anxiety after a car accident on the street. Tried to “get my confidence back” (as others called it, they meant well, but wondered why I couldn’t just snap out of it) but the truth is I was not afraid to drive, I hated experiencing the sense of imbalance I got while driving. Felt that I had become a burden on my family because they had to drive me certain places and still do.
The imbalance didn’t come immediately after the accident; about a month later. Also around that time period I had a bad ear infection treated by a PCP with ear drops that left a layer of the medication on my eardrum. Got a referral to an ENT that informed me that I had had a ruptured eardrum, from what I don’t know. I had no context with which to link these events to the imbalance until now.
Also had some physical therapy for the accident for which they put me in an almost upside position to relieve pressure on my back. I now wonder if this caused crystals to go into the semicircular canal.
Waiting for this COVID situation to dissipate so I can see an ENT to get to the bottom of this.

    1. All symptoms of Radio Frequencies as well unfortunately – I suffer when I pass a cell tower

    2. I’ve had the same thing for 5 years. I’ve recently been diagnosed with Vestibular Migraine. If you haven’t dismissed that as a cause I would suggest looking into it. It was relief to finally know what it was.

  10. No drug exists for cure of BPPV (ear balance disorder). Drugs provide temporary relief of symptoms by vestibular sedation.
This can be treated without any medicines and achieve complete cure with otolith repositioning procedure. For details you may google search “ear balance doctor” and go through the reviews. The procedure can be done online also.

  11. Hi. I had verdigo in 1982 for 3 weeks i would get iposode of side smashing hard and fainf once a week my mather would wake me up using smalingsalt. And it went away for 30 year. 1. Do you have amalgams and root canal teeth? It’s crucial that you reply.

    1. I have ringing in my ears when there’s a change in the weather mainly rain or snow and cold.

    2. @Nick Shaw I am 70, and for what it’s worth, don’t believe age related.

    3. @Emily N neck not an issue previously, however, fell in a ceramic tile shower stall last January and told after quick x-rays in an ER, I suddenly have arthritis on right side of my neck, but am seeking 2nd appt with orthopedic doctor.

    4. @Nick Shaw I was tested and told I hear at a higher frequency in my right ear just before or after being seen at U of Michigan Hospital Vestibular Clinic. Sounds like ambulances, Police and Fire are very bothersome. I also now have a problem with ear wax. However, when I do clean my ears as prescribed with hydrogen peroxide and flush with warm water (not easy to do with benign vertical postional vertigo by myself) I sometimes wish I had not.

    5. @Laura Marcacci Amazon’s in the same bed, just on different pillows though. Thank you for the helpful information!

  12. This is so helpful because I’ve had vertigo for about two months and was immediately prescribed meclizine and told to go home luckily I work for a physical therapist that does the epley maneuver but I still struggle with living with this or wondering if it will be gone some day

    1. Kara with a K …hi , one of the major causes of vertigo / nausea/ insomnia is exposure to microwave radiation …ie WIFI. So if you have ruled out middle or inner ear , & viruses …please turn any wifi off…especially at night …to help your. brain heal ….and only use your mobile on speaker . I have a double degree in medical radiations and have wifi sensitivity ..and now electricity .
Our brains are not designed to absorb microwaves …AND. BRAIN TUMOURS ARE COMMON IN KIDS EXPOSED TO WIFI …so much so that France & Germany have removed wifi from kindies and schools . It’s a form of radiotherapy .
Please check any one u know with vertigo has first removed WIFI from their life…before they consult a doctor who will give them multiple drugs to TRY to help …all with side effects .
      Good luck Jane

    2. Taking Gingko Biloba in lieu of meclizine can be helpful and a better alternative. It is just as effective with less harmful effects. Are you specifically seeing a specialty-trained Physical Therapist (Vestibular)? This is a critical distinction. While all Physical Therapists have a baseline education to address balance and vestibular problems, some have more advanced skills and knowledge in the area of vestibular rehabilitation. Have you had your ears checked by a good ENT? VNG, Hearing Test, Tympanometry/immittance testing? These are fundamental to rule out before physical therapy. Also, have you had an X-Ray of your spine (specifically, cervical) to rule out cervicogenic causes? These are a good rule of thumb to look at. Additionally, these diagnostics give you a new demarcation (fixed point of reference) for where you are with those specific areas, at minimum. Just something to thing about. Best of Health to You!

    1. This can help younger people, too. Accidents and other physical trauma can cause these problems. This is also helpful for preventative purposes especially concerning how long term prescription medication can harm the brain.

  13. I had a neck injury as a young man and my c5 and c6 vertebrae are fused. I have limited neck movement, but for the last 3 months I have had vertigo. Some days are terrible with nausea and some days are much better and those days make me think I am recovering, but then it starts over again. ENT doctor said I did not have BPPV. I cannot get under the car and work now because that makes it worse. I have to sleep with my head pointed in the same direction or the next day my symptoms will be worse. I am just trying to live with the symptoms because I don’t have much confidence the doctor will be able to help.

    1. Go see a good “corrective” chiropractor. Watch Dr john Bergman’s youtube channel for very useful information.

  14. interesting points ,if anyone else wants to uncover cure vertigo today exercises try Magonsi Fast Vertigo Expert (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my friend got great results with it.

    1. @Reg vertigo videos are filled with these con artists, the same posts over and over.

  15. Sometimes I really get dizzy during wild sex . Later everything is fine. 2hours after wild sex, I want more. I’m only 74. What is wrong with me?

  16. I have also had CT, MRI etc done and being told here is meclizine take it every day. This is driving me nuts and I can’t live like this I am only 52. This video is very interesting. I have an appointment next week with a 2nd ENT. We will see what they say.

    1. I have been struggling with dizziness for a couple of years. I had it so bad I passed out at a restaurant. I was transported to the hospital where they ran all sorts of tests for six days. They released me with the same medication that you had. It’s 2020 and I have fallen 4 times . I get so dizzy that the entire room spins. It comes and goes. I have back and neck issues a number of spinal surgeries. No help for the dizness.

  17. In 2014 I was kicked in my head by abusive ex boyfriend since then my balance is always off I’ve felt as if I am passing out…..dizzy….natious vomiting. I need help because I dontbknow if it’s a gi issue or vertigo issue or both. Times when I get home I can’t function to take care of my daughter as a single mom. Can someone help me?

    1. I agree with those referring to a neurologist or some other specialist for scans due to your physical trauma. You may have a TBI (traumatic brain injury) and may otherwise be unaware, which can definitely be a cause of vertigo.

  18. The panel of experts great! Thank you for putting this together Dr. Bell. Very helpful.

  19. After my mom acquired vertigo and also dealt with a fall and concussion, the recommended medicine from the doctor only made her exhausted and also nauseous. She tried this dizziness vertigo solution “Yοyο kamvuku” (Google it) within a few weeks, her dizziness was long gone.

  20. I didn’t wish to be beaten by unsteadiness, imbalance, and dizziness, so I searched for the treatment to my situation. I tried this dizziness vertigo treatment “Yοyο kamvuku” (Google it). The signs and symptoms I experienced were long gone. The unstable sensation or the off balance feeling I once had did not take place any longer.

  21. “Dr Bell” ?
She’s a physical therapist who knows very little about anything. She is well out of her realm. Stupid

    1. @WoofWoof World Naw. Afraid not. There is no rigorous study, no more than 3 years in coursework and practicum; nothing like the others. Sorry. Edited to say: some governing board was petitioned to create the title much later than the practice of physical therapy. That’s why SOME PTs have the title and earlier graduates do not.

    2. Yes. She has a doctorate in physical therapy. That means she is a doctor of physical therapy. Thus Dr. Bell. Like an MD, DO, PhD, DMD, DVM – all properly legitimate doctors.

    3. Yes sea salt is salt – no atomic difference . there is only a cognitive perception that has no space for cureing this problem – and the nutritional value of hamburgs and the like is not zero- as she eloquently postulates.

  22. Dizziness had various stages for my spouse for four to five years, so I gave him the dizziness vertigo remedy “Yοyο kamvuku” (Google it). He started getting results after 4 days, and now right after a week, even though not 100% yet he`s had very long periods of full relief. I am hoping this treatment will be the solution as well as he`ll have no more dizziness concerns to suffer from.

  23. OMG I so need this dream team ! My life went down the tube in November 2017

  24. I had random bouts of dizziness which no one can explain. I used the dizziness vertigo solution “Yοyο kamvuku” (Google it) for a couple of days, and the excellent outcomes had me using it for twenty more days. Given that my dizziness is definitely gone, I`m not really using it any longer. You must use this if you are just like me.

  25. I received this dizziness vertigo treatment “Yοyο kamvuku” (Google it) for my spouse hadwho has different levels of dizziness for four to five. He began getting outcomes after 4 days, and now after a week, even though not 100% yet he`s had long periods of complete relief. I am hoping this procedure will be the answer and also he`ll have no more dizziness problems to experience.

  30. ha, treating dizziness with a pill – Zyrtec! kinda like taking the battery out of your smoke alarm – it sure works like a charm and shuts that thing up when youre cooking fajitas. I was so dependent on Zyrtec and now that I’m unemployed, I have the luxury of walking around like a drunken sailor while I do things the right way, giving my body the chance to get fixed the right way. Epley, Dix-Hallpike, vestibule, ampulla, these are my new favorite vocabulary terms

    1. I found this forum to be very informative and revealing about prescribed
meds and their dangerous and prohibitively probable side effects. This is life saving golden information that should be made available to everyone before any further damage is done to improve and improve the quality of life

    1. I was involved in accident 5 yr ago. ….please tell me her email I need help

    2. interesting points ,if anyone else wants to learn about vertigo solution try Vertical fixer method (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some super things about it and my brother in law got cool success with it.

    3. have you started learning the Epley maneuver and ruled out stroke, as all the good doctors do?
