I don’t have vertigo but more of a lightheaded almost spaced out feeling. I have other symptoms that I have worried about being MS. Does MS usually present dizziness in that way. So not the vertigo way?

Im dizzy 24/7 too..every second. off balance, vision foggy, loss of hearing, leg and arm numbness, a little tremor, muscle spasms..all mostly on my right side. Been told i had inner ear disorder, then went to neuro and he did MRI and it was negative on my head only though..idk what to think. Im miserable as well and really thinking of going to chiro since I cant get a diagnosis.
it is getting harder to type. my brain is slowing down my ability to get info out.

B.S. I developed dizziness so pronounced about 6 years ago that got me to the doctor. I got an MRI and told I have M.S. and have had it for probably 20 years according to the damage done and how much damage there was. Since the day I felt this dizziness it has NEVER gone away. Its with me every day. Nothing helps. I have been on many different medications and therapies and none of them has helped. My Neurologist says I have an incredibly stubborn case of M.S.
