In this video, I am covering about why anxiety causes Dizziness or Light Headedness, symptoms for Dizziness and Tips on How to Get Rid of these symptoms?

Dizziness is the common symptom of Anxiety but it is among the scariest symptoms of anxiety. However, it is very much possible to get rid of this symptom completely.

In this video I have shared my own experience of How I treated myself without use of medications.

  3. Thank goodness I found your channel…I have suffered severe anxiety for Many years. But this year I collapse in shower or just doing gardening or a lot of activity. I just fall on floor and not faint but seem in a tunnel. I’m hoping I can get this sorted.

    1. U can also get your blood sugar levels checked…sometimes low blood sugar can also make u dizzy

  4. I had a nasal spray addiction so I couldn’t go anywhere without them and when my nose were blocked I was having the worst anxiety symptoms and panic attacks because I couldn’t breathe and anxiety made it also a lot worse
    so I after of 1 year suffering from this I decided to cut, it was soo hard to not breathe for 14 days with panic attacks
    And now I don’t have this addiction but I feel dizzy everyday even if I can breathe normally now
    I think this dizziness came for me after so much stress I had..

  6. I’m crying everyday of dizziness. I had it almost two weeks and not getting better. I tried many medications and neurologist and diagnosed as BPPV. But I supposed to be getting better. It’s really debilitating 😭

    1. When in stress we start breathing from our chest which makes you dizzy as it supplies less oxygen to brain..so do belly breathing..it helps in relieving dizziness symptoms

I am very tensed now , have been suffering from this dizziness from 1 year I fear that if it is a brain tumor 😰or something very serious …I feel off balance ..like I am on a boat everytime 24×7 ..sometimes lightheaded ..sometimes headache too I have vision problem from 2 years …it is making me more anxious… neurologist refused me for aMRI test..and said it’s anxiety but still I have strong thoughts somtime what if I am having a brain tumor …what is it ? If u can tell sister….thank u ……plz reply

  8. I just had twins 3 months ago…. I’ve been dealing with anxiety since the birth of my first baby 2 years ago. My sleep is constantly broken every few hours and that’s when I started waking up light headed…idk when was the last time I had proper sleep. I will incorporate more exercise and hopefully that will help!

Hi sandhya… first of all consult your doctor to rule out possibility of any other medical condition…if your reports are normal then it is anxiety… trust me nobody will understand what u r going through except a person who is himself suffering from anxiety… so don’t expect… anyways u can start doing relaxation techniques but if your anxiety has started impacting your daily life then plz consult psychiatrist..

  11. This has really helped .. thank you so much ! I have been doing breathing excercise everyday. Along with this, please distract yourself as she mentions in the video. Also, one more thing which helped is – keep a small piece of amla in your mouth and chew it slowly. You can chew small pieces through out the day .. hope you guys feel better soon

  15. Didi 1month pehle mera sar ghum gaya tha.. bohot test karay normal sb hai. Abhi bhi lagta hai dizziness ho raha hai. Life became hell… ar kuch din hoga to suicide kar lunga😭😭

This Video is Very helpful 🥺 i almost had this Dizziness almost 1 month from now, it started when i Think negative thoughts and Make some Flashbacks in my mind and i Guess this one trigger my mind To get more dizzy, i started to worry about myself I search on Google about but instead of giving peace, it gives me fear.   21. Thank you so much. I was recently dizzy and afraid I would fall. So for 4 days I stayed in, to be safe, July 26-29th. This was my first time ever feeling this dizziness like I would pass out. Amazing, finding your channel, when randomly searching in Google. I did the belly exercise the same day I saw your video on YouTube and, like I said in less than a hour I experience – -sure footedness again. Now this like you said can easily be done through the day and I will. Again thank you.

  23. Omg this vedio is such a life saver ❣️! Especially when it’s lockdown and you got mental break down ! In this lockdown I faced almost all the symptoms recently I got anxiety attacks , breathing issues , uncomfortablensss feeling with sweat and fear ! I thought it’s all my imagination playing in my head then I started claming my mind ! But still I need to figure what iam going through then I watched your vedio ❤️ like seriously it’s so helpful I can through yours tips and overcome my anxiety thankyou soooooooo much ❤️

I didn’t think much of it before but now because of anxiety I started getting lightheadedness everyday as well as other physical symptoms because of anxiety and idk how I’m going to get myself together before starting school because I don’t want to randomly pass out during class. My parents don’t think much of it and say it’s normal. It’s hard to breathe naturally and it’s like I stop whenever I think about it.

    1. @SnowEclipse The thing is i don’t know how to get 8 hours of sleep🙁I can’t fall asleep easily so i sleep really late and then i wake up like 2/3 times in the night and then wake up really early. Do u maybe have tips on how i can sleep through the night without waking up in the middle of the night?

    2. Make sure you get at least 8 hours of sleep. That’s what’s helped me most. I also walk every day. But I think the sleep helps the most.

    3. Hey I had this dizziness for a longer time… what helped me was belly breathing.. u can try it as well …
