In this video, I am covering about why anxiety causes Dizziness or Light Headedness, symptoms for Dizziness and Tips on How to Get Rid of these symptoms?

Dizziness is the common symptom of Anxiety but it is among the scariest symptoms of anxiety. However, it is very much possible to get rid of this symptom completely.

In this video I have shared my own experience of How I treated myself without use of medications.

  4. I have depression and panik attack,,,,and for some days I am feeling like I am standing on a boat and sometimes I cannot wake up my head from my pillow 🤧

    1. Getting at least 8 hours of sleep every night, walking, and eating healthfully have helped me. Sleep being the biggest helper in keeping my “swaying” boat feeling the least it can be. Things will get better.

  6. Thank you for trying to help people. The dizzy symptoms are such a nightmare. Mine got so bad 8 months ago that I felt like I was bouncing around when I would sit at the dinner table. And like I was gonna fall off my bed. I’ve come a long way since then. But how can this stuff happen from anxiety? It’s crazy.

    1. this is because when in stress and anxiety we start taking shallow breaths using our chest supplies less oxygen to brain and can make you dizzy.. so always do belly breathing

    1. Magnesium and b 1 and stay away from caffeine and dairy product and gluten this help me little bit

    2. You need to do belly breathing exercises..when inn stress we start doing breathing from chest which supply less oxygen to brain and can make you dizzy.. also check your BP and sugar levels. Low BP and sugar levels can also make you feel like this..

My problem is im always off balance and even when i sleep in bed i feel like my head is turning … and when my dizziness come i feel heavy head and cannot turn it right or left i have to leave my head at the same position the doctors they said nothing wrong with me 🙁 but im tired 11 years with this shit

Today I felt dizzy again ( not brain fog ) ,like I was walking and it felt like I will fall down and yesterday for 5 seconds the things which were infront of me appeared to be spinning and moving , that created anxiety and after standing out I was fine but it triggered my anxiety and hence again cycle continues , I am suffering from anxiety for a year and this time it’s worsening…… Like when u practically have that symptoms it’s hard to stop thinking about it even after few hours, doctor said I have anxiety , and my tests were also normal ,even my oxygen level was 100% and that time I was like hyperventilating cz of fear of doctor , now I am having weird head sensations along with sharp pain in between like in between in a day 8-10 times, and most importantly dizziness and somedays brain Fogg too ,when I watch a screen I am fine but most times can’t concentrate and think about any other thing like a tree or table. It’s been for months it comes and goes ,hence anxiety continues , thanks so much for reading so long

  11. I’ve been feeling this every single day for 1 whole year 24/7. Been to every possible doctor. Neurologist told me they think 99,9% there’s nothing wrong with me. Do you guys think it’s normal for anxiety? Like, it never stops. I’m slowly giving up..

    1. @Nomadic Traveller they told it is due to tension.. They give medicine for nasal effect and balancing problem of ear

  12. 3 weeks ago my cat died in front of me and my family and I started having all these feelings and the next day I went to the ER and they did a CT scan and all my blood work everything came back normal and now the symptoms are here 24/7 for the past 3 weeks and I’m still worried the symptoms are constant lightheadedness right when I wake up until I sleep, also head numbness same thing when I wake up until I sleep is this normal or is it something serious?

    1. This is because you have just went through a loss of something close to you. you are in stress.thats why anxiety related symptoms are bothering you. you need to calm down. distract your mind..dp breathing exercise, it will help you with lightheadedness and try to have good sleep..

  13. This was a great explanation of how these things are related, thank you for posting this I have been dealing with this problem for 5 and a half years. My health issues do complicate this problem however it all started when I got Lyme disease and I was later diagnosed with vasovagal syncope, bilateral peripheral vertigo, vestibular migraines, and supraventricular tachycardia. I also have anxiety I’ve had it since I was a kid but didn’t start having panic attacks until after I came down with Lyme. It is very hard if not impossible to separate the physical illness from the anxiety/panic. I know at the very least that my anxiety is playing a part in my debilitating symptoms because they tend to be the worst when I am in certain situations like being at the store, standing for too long (such as waiting in line) or in other public settings where I can’t easily leave. The anxiety triggers my dizziness and lightheadedness and vice versa. I have been trying for years to correct this problem and seeing lots of different doctors. Deep breathing has been a trigger for me in the past but I’m going to watch your other video and try again along with the meditation and exercise. When to do the belly breathing, as a daily practice or while you are feeling dizzy or both? I already began abstaining from smoking, caffeine, and alcohol after I became sick with Lyme 5 years ago. I’m a single mother to a young child and I desperately need to get this under control. Thanks again💗

    1. Hey…thanks for appreciating my video… belly breathing is the correct way to breathe in normal.conditions also… so you should start practicing…after sometime u will find that your breathing pattern is shifted to belly breathing… which is good for your body…

    1. problem is anxiety mimic symptoms which you can experience in Covid. and yes corona times have impacted everybody and there is a tremendous rise in anxiety cases.@Anthony Ellys

I am having anxiety for almost a year so very less chance for that , a range of 20+ symptoms over a year but now it’s under 10 , abdsolutely it will go 0 someday and the main key is positive thinking not everytime just the time when I have that symptom ,like even if u study good and don’t perform well in exam ,cz u never got the exam environment at home ,so u ruined your hard work , same I have to think positively at the time of symptom … And hopefully someday my brain neurons will adapt that thing someday

    1. @A.G AG ok Avoid overthoughts and tension yourself and try to keep mind fresh and findout time for loughing and enjoyment will help to cure immediately..
      Strong of this condition will be lower after weeks and after 1 year will cure completely All the best 👍😊

    2. @muhammed safvan not fully…some episodes of breathing difficulties and dizziness keep coming for few minutes ones or twice in a month but yes it’s improving, better than before

    3. @Let’s Wander it will take upto 6 months.. if your mind is ok, it will cure slowly i had same experiance 10 years ago due to over thoughts

  18. Been experiencing this and I have been doing everything she said. I work out 5-6 times a week, meditation everyday for 15-20 min I have noticed that these dizzy spells have felt less intense but I just got this suddenly at the gym and got a bad panic attack.

    1. Things will get better. Sleep at least 8 hours a night too. That’s what helped me most.

    2. It will take time dear… sometimes post workout symptoms like faster heart rate…sweating…bring panic to us… we need to understand that this is normal after exercise n happens with everyone…

    1. Dont worry it is temporary..focus on correcting your breathing technique…you will start feeling fine..

  19. Hi? I get this weird feeling sensation when I’m sitting on a chair it feels like I’m dropping or falling frontward or going down an escalator. Could this be related to anxiety?

    1. @benji mARCHE like im falling off towards one side. I love eating out but avoiding going out to restaurants with family and friends as this gives me a terrible feel

    2. @benji mARCHE same happens to me! Every single time i sit on a chair!!!!! Its horrible!!!! A chair with arm rest and and head support or a sofa stays good. Sitting on a bare stool or a bar stool is impossible for me!!!!!

    3. @benji mARCHE u just need to correct your breathing technique…trust me it is very very effective

    4. @The Anxiety Warriors How do I recover from the sinking/dropping sensation because that what really concerns me the most, especially when I go out ect, sitting at a restaurant or shopping mall I feel off balance at times. It’s really annoying.

  21. For me since i had panicattacks i get dizziness and a weird head senaations like my brain is moving ur pulling all docotor check ups were normal

    1. Reduce stress and try to get at least 8 hours of sleep. Sleep really helps. I know exactly what you’re talking about. I went through the head pulling thing. And I have the dizziness off and on.

    2. You need to work on reducing stress and anxiety levels to get rid of such symptoms… and you can follow the tips mentioned in the video.. it will definitely help
