  7. Thank you so much for this video. I’m struggling with this right now its been 3 weeks of lightheaded anxiety. I used to get panic attacks and never be lightheaded before. I’m in a wheelchair too so makes it much more difficult to deal with.

  8. I have this now and when I walk I feel off balance and so strange ! I have bad derealisation too! I’m so anxious it could be a brain tumour or something! Geting my bloodworks done soon🙃

  9. Wow! I’ve had anxiety about my health for years. For the last year I’ve been dealing with all of these symptoms. It’s actually finally getting better now I’m fully addressing my anxiety. I’ve been diagnosed with Vestibular migraines/PPPD.

  10. i really needed this, ive been dealing with this constant weak barely noticable discomfort on my body and i think my over-worrying has made it just linger on n on and it has never been a problem at all until ive convinced myself something was wrong after over analyzing it.when i dont think about it its gone but when i realize its not there then im fully focused on it its back and it can be slightly painful to the touch, is this all just a symptom of anxiety and is there a term for this i really just dont know the uncertainty is really what makes me worry and then the constant worry makes me dizzy like you mention in this video

  11. A week ago i felt really dizzy and my vision was blurry and i felt like i was gonna fall down so i went to lay down and got sick.. And ever since that happen i been feeling dizziness lately but it was scary cause that never happen to me before i was so dizzy i felt like i was gonna pass out

    1. @jacko some days I’m fatigue and and sore all over with geaet palps. But it’s gotten manageable. My days feeling like a dream come and go but do not give me anxiety anymore. I stopped takeing meds and gained 30 pounds. Lost some vision in my eye and had to get glasses. I feel the best I did since march and except the fact this just may be the nee normal. How are you?

    I also feel ill in my left head and down to my ear..

    1. When it’s hot it also makes my dizziness worse but i’m dizzy all the time and have been for over a year.

    August 2017 I had one panic attack my blood pressure was 159/96
    After that I felt so anxiety depresses dizziness
    Now also didn’t over come fully
    My problem is don’t have present of mind
    Feel like dizziness (walking on boat)
    I feel my veins little bit vibrate or pumb

  16. I’ve found There IS ONE bright side of dizziness. For me It makes deep meditation easier . It’s horrible to feel unsure of yourself trying to function daily. But the whirling and spinning in my head helps me drift super quick into a deeply meditative state. It feels amazing like swirling carefree in zero gravity outside of your body in some tranquil place

    1. the first time i hear this but thats awesome that you can make use of a symptom 🙂 for me the dizziness was too much of an trigger for panic and i wouldl immediately go out of control as soon as dizziness set it in.

  17. I have all on the list. Some sort of trauma causes Panic attack onset AND from then on aside from the trauma, You live in fear of the panic attack itself. Fearing you’ll have another which can cause another one😔

    1. Hey, so if you are new to anxiety i always like to think that being on the safe side and asking the doctor is the better option. After a while i was so intune with amxiety and my body i felt that most of the symptoms were in fact just from stress and muscle tension. Still freaked me out though..

  19. About a week and a half ago I had a panic attack, I felt dizziness for the first time. Now I feel a little bit like I’m on a boat at least a few times a day. Sometimes feel a little anxious about it because I think it could be my heart. But I will try your techniques. Thank you.

  20. I went to a festival. Then I went into the psytrance forest and I think all the lights activated my ‘epilepsy’. I then thought I will die (a voice told me I was going to die). Do you think this may be caused by anxiety, too?

    2. Hi anik, your dizziness can most defenitely be caused by hyperventilation. When you feel extremely stressed and anxious it is important to stay calm, conentrate on your breathing. Always remember that you had this dizziness before and it passed so it will pass again. Once you realized that the dizziness wont create more anxiety. If there is anything i can help with just let me know 🙂 ive been trough the same
