I’m always feeling light headed everyday, and think it’s part of my sleep apnea so I rarely get to sleep properly and sometimes if I cook the steam from the food makes me get all sick and light headed and my eyes go to a blur.. it only helps me if I just lay down straight away and breath. it’s a pain and I don’t want to deal with the problem anymore because of being overtired all the time.
