  1. My baby is 11 months old now. But still my hair continue lossing. It getting worst day by day😰😰

    1. Hi April 🙂 If possible, it may be worthwhile assessing if you have any nutritional deficiencies. To ensure you are getting a variety of vitamins and minerals necessary for hair growth is to eat a variety of fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds. It is also important to make sure you’re eating enough iron through lean meats, fish and/or vegetarian sources like beans, legumes, lentils.

  2. @Melanie Hi doc, my baby is in 3months old and my hair is started falling in I’m scared of this what should I do!

    1. Unfortunately I cannot give specific recommendations online. It would be best to confirm with your doctor 🙂

  3. I have allergies on many foods and It is hard for me to find a diet that doesn’t include particular foods. Then my friend sent me link to the website called Agoge Diet where I can get personalized meal plan only with food I select. My fitness journey has just started, what about you?

  4. I have always thought that dieting is eating only green vegetables and drinking water. *Agoge Diet* proved me wrong. I am eating delicious and nutritionally rich food and still reaching my fitness goals.

  5. Hi, I am born with super lustrous hair. My hair is truly my crowning glory. But I started losing hair when I turned 16 . Now I am 38 and my hair loss has not stopped. But during my pregnancy, both times, I literally got all my hair back. And surprisingly I loose all that hair few months after delivery. And things are back to normal. I have bad hair day everyday. Can I put an end to this. The sad thing is even small growing hairs that are 1 inch or 2 inch long keep falling off everyday. I don’t understand why my hair go to telogen phase while it is still growing.

    1. I would suggest to go see a dermatologist if your hair has been falling out. Could be thyroid issues or being deficient.
