    1. Yes you can do this sitting down.
      Yes this will help to stop hair fall and strengthen the scalp.
      This exercise send more blood to the scalp.
      Do this morning before 10am and evening before 8pm.

    1. @Johnny G Not everyone can grow their hair back I guess. What I did was acknowledged my hair was thinning. I started eating a clean diet, stopped over killing myself at the gym and adding additional stress to my body and got plenty of sleep. I started drinking filtered water, stopped eating processed foods and started eating a lot of veggies on a daily basis when clean meats. I only drink almond milk and water. I bought a derma roller and started that application twice a week with a serum that came with it. I also bought collagen type 1 and 3 along with an organic green powder for extra vitamins and minerals. I started eating eggs for the biotin as well. I also bought a silica based powder to take everyday too. Silica, biotin, trace minerals, collagen and omega 3s are important for healthy hair. Lastly, I bought a bristled brush and started using it to massage the scalp for better blood flow. I did all of that and started seeing results within a couple months. It takes time and you need to be patient. I am not lying when I said I have grown my hair back. My hair thinned by around 40% and in the past year i have regrown about 25% of what I had lost. I still am seeing progress too.

  21. Hello, I do this technique and scalp massage for a month and my hair still falls out a lot, is it normal? Also can I use Head and Shoulders shampoo since I have eczema and no other shampoo gets rid of it?
