Yes green tea does cause staining of teeth. If you drink a lot of green tea, you should get a clean up done every 8-10 months.

If you have no sensitivity, gum problems or discoloured teeth; any toothpaste will do. What is more important is brushing two times a day and with correct technique.

nandini bhagwat any toothpaste will do. if you have sensitive tooth then use sensitive toothpaste. normal toothpaste is what we usually use. you can also use whitening toothpaste if you want your teeth to be white

U should not use mouthwash everyday. It stains the teeth.

Regular use of a mouthwash like Listerine will not cause staining. Only medicated mouthwashes which contain Chlorhexidine may cause staining and should be used only with your dentist’s supervision.

@A i brush my teeth very good , my dentist confirms that everytime. i dont like listerine and i heard some bad things about and the feeling of it isnt nice too. i dont like it . And yes u are right with the different colors , i never tried another one, next time i get the white one hope that i like it more.
It would only make your “teeth” green if you weren’t brushing the sticky plaque off your teeth very well. The dyes will stick to plaque, but not teeth. Plus, Listerine comes in several colors, and also clear, so you don’t have to use the green one. Plus, brush your teeth better.
i dont like listerine because of the green color , it makes my teeth green.
I’m a dental hygienist. Listerine won’t stain your teeth. You might be thinking of Chlorhexidine, which can stain your teeth, but it is not meant to be used all the time.

Hi there, thanks for tuning in. Teeth whitening does not take more than an hour. You can even get whitening kits at home but do so only after a doctor’s recommendation. If maintained right, the whitening does not wear off for 5-6 months.
